Devinwood is our newest community in Baytown. We offer elegant one- and two-story homes from the low $120's. Devinwood is conveniently located on State Highway 146 just 2.5 miles south of Interstate Highway 10 (I-10). It is only a five-minute drive to Houston Raceway Park and a 20-minute drive to the Kemah Boardwalk and just a little further to Space Center Houston. Devinwood offers easy access to Galveston Bay and the San Jacinto River via public boat launches, so residents can enjoy great fishing and water sports. Devinwood is a great place to live and play.
Location: From Interstate Highway 10 (I-10) East: Exit on to State Highway 146 at the State Highway 146/Baytown exit. Proceed on State Highway 146 for approximately 2.5 miles to Devinwood Drive. Turn left on to Devinwood Drive.
